2010

February 26: Registration for my workshop/ photo tour to Acadia National Park in Maine, is now open. This will be the first trip I've done, so I'm only opening it to a small number of photographers. I will also have a good friend coming along, who is a certified Adobe Expert and will be available to help with questions about Photoshop, Lightroom and other digital photography issues. February 25: I recently signed on with an agent in California to market my fine art images. Poster sales have stagnated in the past couple years as the world markets for fine art have dipped significantly, but through this arrangement, I'm hoping to soon see more of my images available as posters.

February 8: Join me on my new Facebook page, for news of where I'm traveling, recent shoots, special print sales and more pictures.

January 11: New online ordering is now available for select high quality colour and panoramic images. More will be added over time.

January 8: Recently added over twenty-five new images in several galleries (Abstractions, Maine, Gardens, Quiet Places, Trees, American Landscapes).

January 4: Announcing the launch of a new stock photography website, www.hudsonstock.com. Almost 3000 rights managed images can be searched using keywords and purchased for stock photography use. Hundreds more images will be added in the coming weeks.

2009

November 2009: Joined up with PhotoShelter to sell stock images of my fine art photographs. I'm currently uploading many gigabytes of digital and film images; check back here shortly for a link to the collection.

October 20: Just returned from Acadia National Park (Maine), where I spent a week shooting the Fall colours (my fourth such trip). There are many beautiful new images to add; over time I'll be processing them and posting them to the Gallery section of the website.

October 1: Bangor Metro Magazine is showcasing one of my photos from Acadia National Park on the cover of the current issue, as well as a three page photo feature spread inside. Bangor Metro is the premier magazine for the Downeast area of Maine, which includes the Acadia area.

September 15: New updated version of ImagesofAcadia.com is now online.

August 25: Me and my Acadia National Park photos will be featured on the cover of Bangor (Maine) Metro Magazine, as well as in the Perspectives section, October 2009 issue.

August 13: Just returned from ten days in Colorado and Utah, shooting in Rocky Mountain, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. I'll be posting images as I work on them. Stunning scenery.

July 27: I received notice last week that Color Magazine will be featuring me as one of their Spotlight artists some time in the next year. Color Magazine is a new spinoff from B&W Magazine that features fine art color photography, and is aimed at fine art collectors and creators.

June 3: Panorama Gallery is now complete.

May 29: The new version of the website, the eleventh since 1996, with much larger pictures and many new images, is launched this afternoon.

May 27: I'm looking into the possibility of selling my pictures of Acadia National Park (in Maine, USA) in the National Park Service visitor center. More details when I hear back from the store's buyers.
